Refund Policy

To order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mail (you may use the Contact Us page). If the item has not been put into production by our workshop colleagues, we will refund you in full minus any fees we have paid to process your original payment, that will not be reimbursed to us by the financial institute used. If the items has been commissioned we cannot refund you. We may assist you by offering to resell the item through our Facebook page, there is a $30 fee to organise reselling an item.

Return Policy

We are delivering completely customised goods and as such can only accept returns for reasons of hardware failure or workmanship issues.
