Timeframe

UPDATE FOR 2025

We offer a limited service for 2025. The timeframe for delivering items during 2025 may be anywhere from 2 weeks to 8 weeks, depending on where your order sits in a less regular silver comissioning timeline than I have previously offered, and what stock is currently on-hand when your order is sent to us. Orders cannot be fast tracked as stock is limited, Please do not order if you have an important date that must be met, as we cannot offer definitive delivery dates.

We engage with our various partners and talented silversmiths to make your custom items. While the silverwork is being completed we receive your horsehair and process and braid it, ready to be fitted when the silver arrives. We are occasionally affected by freight delays, so we are unfortunately unable to make promises to meet special delivery dates.  Australian customers - please be aware that timelines for freight to/from NZ can vary greatly. In addition, horse hair sent to NZ may require fumigation at a typical cost of NZ$35 and a delay of 5-10 days.
